Privacy policy

We collect your name, contact details, ID details and stay information only to manage your booking, meet legal guest-registration requirements and contact you about your stay.

Your ID documents are visible only to authorised hotel staff and are never shared with third parties, except where the law requires us to share guest records with government authorities.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

You can ask us to correct your details or delete your contact information by calling or emailing the hotel. Records we must keep by law are retained for the required period.
